Ryan has spent a lot of time on his car and you can see how it turned out. He bought the car in 97 and drove it for a few months then sold the car to a friend. His friend went in the Navy in 98 and he started trying to buy the car back in 99 but his friend would not sell back the car even though it had not been droven this whole time. He got the car back from him in June of 04 and he got it in trade for a Honda Accord 4-door that needed lots of work.
By this time, the Mustang needed work. So he started with the motor and trans. He got a 93 H.O. 5.0 and 5-speed trans for it, put it in and was not to his liking so out it came. The motor got a forged stroker crank, rods, .030 pistions, Ford racing X303 cam, TrickFlow heads w/ 1.6 Ford racing SVO roller rockers, Edlebrock preformer intake, Edlebrock preformer 600 cfm carb, holley elec. fuel pump. With motor out he did the paint. He and his brother-in-law at the time, painted the car. It is a one off paint mix. Dad said it has lots of blue pearl in the purple and then they mix it w/clear coat then shoot regular clear over that. It shines good...
Well he got that done and it was time to put the motor in. It is very fast but he seems to think that it is not running its best. He just put a new headliner in from S.S.C. Enterprises and it looks very good. He is getting carpet and new seals but he doesn't know that yet. Well that is it hope you all like to look at the car as much as I like to ride in it.
