The color-coordinated pin striping, which accents the classic lines, is applied in three areas. A dual stripe surrounds the hatch-type hood; a dual stripe encircles the body rear panel and taillights; and dual stripes accent the top curve of the front fenders from headlamp to the center of the door.
Grande seats are covered with a choice of super soft vinyl or Westminster cloth, or an optional rich Picardy velour cloth with vinyl.
The seats have a luxurious multi-pad pattern with an accent strap on both seat and back cushions.
With the higher trim level, other interior items also are upgraded. Door trim panels include simulated woodgrain inserts in a burled walnut pattern. The door trim applique has a bright stamped border and a high-luster aluminum molding edging the lower carpet-covered section. A larger armrest with comfortable soft feel, and a courtest/warning light on the bottom of the door complete the trim scheme. The quarter trim panel features a soft covering which includes an integral armrest and matching simulated woodgrain accent. Other Grande features include:
